When we needed a new roof installed before Thanksgiving so our solar panels could be installed on schedule, Chris and the Above Roofing team went above and beyond to make it happen. From the very beginning, Chris took the time to come to our home, sit down with us, and thoroughly explain the entire process. We never felt rushed and always knew what to expect.

During the installation, a severe storm rolled through overnight and ripped up the temporary protective covering on our roof. I sent Chris a single text, and at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, he was at our house, on our roof, making sure everything was secured and protected from the weather until the crew could return the next morning.

That level of dedication, responsiveness, and customer care is incredibly rare. The craftsmanship was outstanding, the communication was excellent, and they truly treated our home as if it were their own. I can't recommend Above Roofing enough. Five stars all the way!

A few years ago, I had a new metal roof installed by a very popular roofing company here in WV. About two years later, I noticed it was leaking around my chimney. I contacted the company, and they came out and "fixed" it.

Unfortunately, that fix only lasted about a year before the leak returned.

I called again and was told it would be $500 to fix it -- AGAIN. I decided to go ahead and pay them to "fix" it one more time. And, of course, about a year or so later....IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN. I tried calling back and was getting the run around, I assume because they knew they hadn't correctly installed it from the get go.

At that point, I messaged a friend and asked about her boyfriend's roofing company (who is now her husband) and boy, am I glad I did!! ABOVE ROOFING, LLC came out and took a completely different approach. Their team properly addressed the area around my chimney and added flashing that had not been installed by the previous company. The previous company was only putting caulking around the chimney which will only last a short time before cracking.

It has been well over a year, through plenty of rain and storms, and I haven't had a single problem.

I was impressed how professional and upfront they were. They clearly explained what needed done and what it would cost. I am not going to call out the "popular" company but if you want to know who it was, just message me.
